Smart Bubble Mobile Auto/Body Repair Shop

This is a warning to anyone who is thinking about doing business with Smart Bubble Auto LLC. This company did a diagnostic and recommended a silver battery service, distributor service, and a valve cover gasket service. I also got a timing belt and water pump service. Chance you bogus. You didn't finish fixing the repairs on my truck. If you don't have the experience, decline the job and you wouldn't be in this situation. Chance, you didn't return the keys to my truck. At this point, I want my money refunded. I reached out to Smart Bubble Auto LLC and Chance with no response. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office to resolve the situation. Smart Bubble Auto LLC didn't respond as usual. I don't have to say cancel Smart Bubble Auto LLC. You will not have repeat customer's or longevity as a business when you make bad business decisions. The legit bad reviews speak for themselves. I would never recommend Smart Bubble Auto LLC to anyone honestly. If you don't like your job find another one. I am filing a suit in small claims court against Smart Bubble Auto LLC.

Chance did a wonderful job diagnosing what was wrong with my car and he is being very helpful with helping me get it fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone having car problems. They are mobile and so far he has a done great. I'll repost once he gets the parts and fixes my car. Im sure he will do a great job though. Thanks chance you have been a wonderful help to me. I really appreciate it.

These folks are absolutely fantastic!! We were in Little Rock from out of town and our front wheel bearing went out. We called them and they were out to our hotel and had us fixed with brand new part and driving in 3 hours. From dead in the parking lot to driving in 3 hrs!!! Unheard of and so much appreciated. Chance, the tech that came out was also very nice and very professional. Job well done and hope he is proud of the work he does. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks so much for getting us back on the road.

Chance was a wonderful mechanic who responded promptly, with forthright communication and transparency about what total repairs I needed. He gave me bodywork, and replaced my lower control arm, and inner tie rod all within an hour each time he came through! Very grateful for his work and deeply appreciate him’!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely wonderful company and team!! Someone hit my friend's side mirror at our apartment complex near West Little Rock. The back was cracked and front part was hanging down so I had to tie it with whatever I had to help them! It was parked for a while because it couldn't be driven like that. He spoke with a couple people on the Smart Bubble team after searching for somewhere that would be able to help. They got it repaired and looking brand new within a couple of days. The part came so fast and everyone we worked with was super kind - especially Chance! Highly recommend using this business for your needs! I will definitely be contacting them if anything happens once I have my own vehicle & AR license! :)
